What FAANGPlus is

An India-first career workspace for software engineers targeting FAANG and top product-based companies: live openings tracked daily from official careers sites, level-by-level salary data, round-by-round interview processes, hiring trends, resume tools, interview preparation, and verified employee referrals - the whole job hunt in one place.

Where the data comes from

Openings are collected daily from each company’s official careers site (never third-party aggregators) and archived once a role stops appearing there. Compensation is curated per company and level from offers and verified reports, and stamped with its last-updated date. Interview processes are compiled round by round from verified candidate reports and cross-checked public sources. Referrals come from verified employees; FAANGPlus never guarantees interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

Why it exists

Compensation and interview information for Indian tech roles is scattered, stale, or hidden behind anecdotes. FAANGPlus publishes it openly, keeps it current, and pairs it with the tools an engineer actually needs while applying.
