About the role
The Center of Expertise (CoE) of Customer Success & Delivery Services of SAP provides expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our Premium Engagement customers.
Location: Gurgaon/Pune/Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- As a COE Consultant, you will support our global customers transform SAP solutions to SAP S4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP BDC, adopt Business AI, Joule and implement latest SAP innovations & AI/ML capabilities. You will need to present the results of your assessment findings and recommendations to customer IT and executive management. You have the chance to design, size, optimize & transform complex SAP landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses, to Intelligent ERP on-prem or to RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP. Your area of responsibility will extend to AI, BTP, Technical architecture, capacity planning, deep technical root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for design, build, deployment and run phases.
- You can grow fast becoming an expert on new technologies, troubleshooting, root cause analysis & optimization secrets. You’ve to be a good team player as we work as a global team across the globally distributed COEs and Mission Control Centres. You also need the ability to drill down into technical issues and resolve complex problems across SAP products including SAP SaaS & PaaS solutions.
- As our customers are globally present so a fluency in English is needed and limited travel of course, is part of the role subject to prevailing situations.
- What you can bring:
- SAP Basis & BTP Consultant with 6–12 years of experience in SAP upgrades, S/4HANA conversions, OS/DB & RISE migrations, and managing large SAP landscapes.
- Strong expertise in SUM/DMO, HANA administration, performance tuning, backup/recovery, SAP BTP, IAS/IPS, Cloud Connector,SAP HANA Cloud, Cloud ALM.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Joule enablement, AI/ML integrations, SAP AI Core, and automation using Python.
- Good to Have:
- Exposure to Tricentis, WalkMe, and SAP Work Zone
- Knowledge of SAP Build Apps / Build Work Zone
- Experience with Kyma/Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Generative AI and ML use cases in SAP
- Good to have familiarity with Fiori administration.
