About the role
Responsibilities:
- The Engineering Manager at Razorpay comes with considerable engineering management experience and proven leadership skills.
- You are expected to work on multiple projects at the same time, and also build and manage teams of engineers, possibly with a diverse set of tech skills.

- Total of 10+ years experience, 6+ years of experience in very large-scale applications, and 3+ years experience in actual people management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with distributed systems handling large amounts of data.
- Excellent coding skills in one of the languages PHP/Python/C++/Java.
- Very good understanding of Web Technologies.
- Very good understanding of any RDBMS and/or messaging.
