Responsibilities: - As a member of Qualcomm’s Audio Systems Group, you will work on the forefront of automotive audio, voice AI, and multimedia technology.
- The role focuses on developing and optimizing audio and speech solutions across Automotive platforms, including Android Automotive OS, hypervisor-based systems, and multi-domain architectures.
- You will contribute to system design and deployment of next-generation audio solutions on Snapdragon platforms.
- Create, prototype, and commercialize innovative automotive audio solutions.
- Design and develop audio systems across Automotive software stacks including Android Automotive OS and middleware.
- Develop and integrate Audio HAL, AudioFlinger, and Android audio framework components.

Qualifications: - Strong foundation in audio software design
- Experience with Android Audio Framework (Audio HAL, AudioFlinger, AAudio) and Automotive Audio stack.
- Experience in developing and debugging audio solutions across HW-SW interfaces.
- Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++ and Python.
- Experience with automotive software development, including Automotive middleware and OS integration.
- Exposure to hypervisor-based system architectures and virtualization concepts.
- Experience with embedded platforms, DSP architectures, real-time operating systems, and multi-threaded design.
- Expertise in fixed-point and floating-point implementations.
- Experience with audio system design, and system validation.
- Experience in Android Automotive OS and infotainment systems.
