Key Responsibilities Offer pre-sales technical assistance for the implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions. Apply comprehensive product knowledge to provide technical support to sales personnel and customers through captivating sales presentations and product demonstrations. Assist sales teams in evaluating potential applications of company products to meet customer requirements. Prepare detailed product specifications for the creation and rollout of customer solutions.-High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing disciplines. Technology focus on AJO, CDP, Campaign ,CJA or in competitive CXO Martech Stacks like SFDC, ORACLE Marketing cloud etc Develop detailed development and implementation guidelines for complex products and applications. Co develop prototypes based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility, often involving rapid prototyping and product demos. Offer consultation to prospective users and conduct product capability assessments and validations. Required Qualifications Proven experience in providing technical support and expertise in a pre-sales environment. Outstanding knowledge of Adobe products and their applications. Strong capability to deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. Proficiency in drafting comprehensive product specifications and development schedules.
