About the role

Responsibilities:
- Play a core role within the development team, responsible for analyzing, designing, and building software solutions that help customers seamlessly onboard to Cisco Spaces offers.
- Develop and maintain efficient scripts and tools to monitor Cisco Spaces applications and offerings.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure all development activities adhere to organizational standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
- Who You'll Work With
- You will work with a team focused on enabling customers to optimally onboard to Cisco Spaces offers. The team is responsible for:
- Custom solution development that extends product capabilities
- Building internal tools and dashboards for Cisco Spaces
- Providing L3 support and resolving complex technical issues
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or Computer Science with 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in: Programming: Java, Kotlin Frontend: Angular, React Backend: Node.js
- Web Technologies:
- JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc,.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS)
- Experience integrating multiple data sources, APIs, and distributed systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of use-case driven development
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux environments
- Exposure to Agentic AI concepts is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
