Job Summary Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing, full-stack engineering team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Drive Execution: Manage the team’s work and progress, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and capabilities for the Prisma AIRS Red Teaming product. Provide Technical Leadership: Guide the team in designing and evaluating robust, scalable architecture. Apply your hands-on experience to review code, technical designs, and contribute to complex features. Collaborate Across Boundaries: Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, design, and other engineering teams, to define roadmaps and deliver cohesive solutions. Champion Excellence: Uphold and improve engineering best practices, driving technical and operational excellence within the team. Communicate with Clarity: Leverage your strong communication skills to articulate technical vision, strategy, and project status to both technical and non-technical Qualifications: Required Qualifications BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of building and shipping high-quality software. 3+ years of formal engineering management experience, leading full-stack teams that include backend, frontend, and DevOps engineers. Exceptional technical judgment with deep, hands-on experience in designing, building, and evaluating highly scalable, distributed systems. Proficiency in reviewing complex code and detailed architecture documents. Demonstrated ability to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in an agile environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization. Experience with modern cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and CI/CD practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the cybersecurity or AI/ML domain. Prior experience as a tech lead or architect before moving into management. A track record of successfully recruiting, hiring, and retaining top engineering talent. Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
