About the role
The team is responsible for building and supporting scalable enterprise platforms and services focused on high-performance retail and supply chain solutions. The team works on modern full-stack technologies including Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Kafka, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture to deliver reliable and scalable business-critical applications in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services integrated with PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Kafka.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Implement and manage data processing workflows using Apache Airflow.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional Agile teams to deliver business-critical features.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Follow engineering best practices including CI/CD, code reviews, security standards, and clean coding principles.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in full-stack development with Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with databases and messaging technologies such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Kafka.
- Good understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive UI development.

- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
