About the role

To develop, implement and maintain solutions that support the safeguarding of the banks systems and sensitive information.

Responsibilities:
- Provision of subject matter expertise on security systems and engineering patterns.
- Development and implementation of protocols, algorithms, and software applications to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Management and protection of secrets, ensuring that they are securely generated, stored, and used.
- Execution of audits to monitor, identify and assess vulnerabilities in the banks infrastructure/software and support the response to potential security breaches.
- Identification of advancements in to support the innovation and adoption of new cryptographic technologies and techniques.
- Collaboration across the bank, including developers and security teams, to ensure that cryptographic solutions align with business objectives, security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Development/ Implementation and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions and systems.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention. Expertise in Email DLP, SharePoint Online DLP, OneDrive DLP, and Endpoint DLP.
- Solid understanding of industry-standard SaaS products and their relationship to DLP challenges.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Purview Email DLP policies. Manage Sensitive Information Types (SITs), Exact Data Match (EDM) classifications, and policy tuning activities. Investigate and resolve DLP incidents, false positives, and policy enforcement issues.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages including PowerShell, Bash, Python, and similar scripting languages.
- Direct experience with DLP and security tools such as Symantec Data Loss Prevention, Zscaler, BigID, Microsoft Purview, and ServiceNow DLP Incident Response.
- Proficiency using SIEM services for both reactive problem-solving and proactive threat detection.
- Knowledge of enterprise storage systems and file servers in the context of content inspection and remediation.
- Experience integrating security solutions with ServiceNow and incident management platforms. Familiarity with data classification, Microsoft Information Protection, particularly sensitivity labels, encryption technologies, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
