About the role
We are looking for a senior leader who can redefine how software is built using AI. In this role, you will lead the design of AI-driven software development practices where tools like GitHub Copilot and intelligent agents are deeply integrated into the SDLC. You will shape how teams build, test, and deliver software faster using automation and AI. This includes defining standards for prompt design, tool orchestration, and agent-based workflows. You will work closely with engineering teams to scale these practices across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of AI-driven development practices across teams
- Design Java-based scalable applications and integrations
- Define standards for prompt engineering, AI tools, and automation
- Enable agent-based workflows and API orchestration
- Improve SDLC with automation, CI/CD, and AI-assisted testing

Qualifications:
