- The Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) Engineering team builds large-scale, distributed systems that identify, monitor, and secure sensitive data across both cloud and on-premises environments.

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and drive initiatives at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, data security and engineering, and advanced analytics.
- This role combines leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise to design innovative AI-driven solutions, manage high-impact projects, and guide teams in solving complex security challenges in cloud environments.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience building large-scale enterprise applications and distributed systems.
- 4+ years of engineering management experience recruiting, developing, and leading technical teams of 10+ engineers, with a strong focus on talent growth and performance management.
- Proficiency in modern backend languages (e.g., Scala, Java, Python, Go) and frameworks; expert-level API design and relational data modeling skills; experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to structure and navigate ambiguity.
- Proven cross-functional leadership, with the ability to influence, align, and drive teams without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information, facilitate consensus, and drive alignments, especially when managing competing priorities and trade-offs.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and regulatory concepts to diverse audiences.
