- We are looking to hire Linux Engineers to manage and administer the Linux computing systems hardware, software and storage infrastructure that allow our trading strategies to run 24/7. The aim is to support and manage the trading infrastructure for uniquely customized systems of Quadeye.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide direct technical support of Linux and related technology in a production/live trading environment
- Providing hands-on support for production issues related to colo/trading, office and data center environments
- Support and Administer firewall environment
- Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting of linux based servers, which include supporting hardware changes, software installations, and upgrades
- Tuning and optimizing servers for low latency
- Exposure on installation, troubleshooting in Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu) environment with experience in Firewall and Security
- Hands on experience in Monitoring Tools like Ansible / Zabbix
- Hands on experience on AWS services like EC2 and S3
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of experience in Industry
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or any other discipline
- Strong Knowledge of Shell/Python scripting
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high priority projects
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Good communication skills
