About the role
Come join the Agent Ready Platform (ARP) team at Intuit as a Software Engineering Manager based in Bengaluru, India. ARP is Intuit's initiative to build the enterprise operating environment that makes agent-led software development possible — giving AI agents the context, tools, governed execution, and continuous measurement they need to safely and productively build on Intuit's platform. You will lead the team responsible for the 'Red Team' of ARP: systematically assessing how well Intuit's platform — its standardized provisioning mechanisms (Paved Paths) and centralized platform capabilities — actually holds up when an AI agent, not a human, tries to use it end to end. Modeled on the security red-team concept of probing a system from the outside to find vulnerabilities before real adversaries do, this team operates the same way for agent-readiness: running real developer use cases through agentic workflows, identifying exactly where the workflow breaks down and a human has to step in, and scoring that friction so platform teams can fix it. With hundreds to thousands of use cases across the platform needing this assessment, this role is central to scaling that effort — building and leading a high-performing team in India to execute this work at volume, with rigor and consistency. Responsibilities: Lead and grow an existing engineering team, redeployed to take on execution of the Red Team assessment work, ensuring a smooth transition of context, tooling, and ways of working from the current team.
