Responsibilities:
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of our enterprise and data center networks following established runbooks.
- Assist with implementing and validating network changes and new designs in production.
- Perform periodic LODO tasks such as software upgrades, resource patching, failover testing and network health audits.
- Monitoring intake channels and responding or escalated as required.
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues, gathering data and escalating when needed.
- Help maintain network documentation, diagrams and runbooks.
- Continuously learn our infrastructure, tools and standards and stay curious about new network technologies.
Qualifications:

- 0–2 years in network engineering, infrastructure or a related technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Certifications such as Arista ACE Level 1, Cisco CCNA, AWS foundational or other networking/cloud certs.
- Experience contributing to a network implementation or deployment into production (project, internship or role).
- Exposure to public or hybrid cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Ability to configure enterprise‑grade network hardware with guidance.
- Basic skills in routing and switching (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs, subnets, ACLs, NAT).
- Understanding of physical vs. virtual networking and how they interoperate.
- Familiarity with at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, Go, PowerShell).
- Comfortable following standard processes and procedures and collaborating with others to resolve issues.
- Helpful:
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or similar.
- Experience with cloud networking (VPCs, security groups, gateways, load balancers).
- Exposure to network observability tools and applications (e.g., NetFlow/IPFIX, SNMP, Datadog, Logic Monitor, Catchpoint).
- Exposure to network automation tools (e.g., APIs, Terraform, Ansible).
- Demonstrated interest in emerging networking and cloud trends and growing your expertise over time.
