Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and grow a team of 6–10 engineers, balancing technical depth with management responsibilities.
- Execution & Ownership: Own technical direction and execution, translating product vision into scalable architecture and high-quality deliverables.
- Technical Excellence: Participate directly in system design reviews, coding reviews, and technical interviews.
- Process Improvement: Establish and refine engineering processes, including requirements, coding standards, and release maintenance.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with Product Management to align engineering deliverables with business outcomes.
- Operational Standards: Drive operational excellence in observability, infrastructure monitoring, and application analytics.

Qualifications:
- 9–14 years of overall experience with at least 2-4 years in an engineering management or technical leadership role.
- Strong background in backend engineering, preferably in virtualization or cloud infrastructure.
- Solid hands-on experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and Virtualization
- Working knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V
- Proven ability to guide teams working in Go, Java, python or similar systems programming languages.
- Experience building and operating software on Linux-based systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (required)
