Our solutions are built using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and React, along with emerging capabilities like AI. We also make use of cloud-native platforms such as Azure and data storage technologies including SQL and Cosmos DB to deliver scalable and resilient applications.

Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications across backend microservices, React-based front-end experiences, and workflow platforms. This role involves developing cloud-native, event-driven systems that support high-throughput processing and contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives. The engineer will work across the full-service lifecycle—from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and production support—while ensuring performance, reliability, and security at scale.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend microservices, React-based front-end applications, and workflow systems using Java, Spring Boot, and distributed architecture patterns.
- Build scalable, secure REST APIs and event-driven services that support enterprise workflow and approval orchestration needs.
- Collaborate with product, UI, platform, and business teams to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design, peer code reviews, testing, release activities, and production support to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to AI/GenAI-enabled automation capabilities, where applicable, to improve workflow efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area.
- 8-10 yrs of strong hands-on experience in modern application development using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React-based front-end development, cloud platforms, and data storage technologies.
- Good understanding of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, security, and scalable application design.
- Ability to partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to convert requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience applying engineering best practices such as clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, observability, and production readiness.
